Tori Spelling admits she's 'nervous' as her eldest son , Liam, undergoes foot surgery
Tori Spelling’s eldest child, Liam, has undergone foot surgery.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum revealed the news via her Instagram Story Wednesday afternoon by sharing a snapshot of her 16-year-old son looking somber while lying in a hospital bed ahead of the procedure.
“My 1st baby waiting to go into foot surgery…Not sure who’s more nervous him or mama,” Spelling, 50, wrote on the photo.
“Proud of your bravery @liammcdermott and things can only get better after this,” she added.
She did not, however, reveal why Liam needed foot surgery.
Liam is one of five children Spelling shares with her estranged husband, Dean McDermott.
They also have daughters Stella, 15, and Hattie, 12, and sons, Finn, 11, and Beau, 6.
All the Spelling-McDermott kids — aside from Liam — were spotted enjoying some live music by some of the world’s hottest stars at iHeartRadio’s annual Jingle Ball in Los Angeles at the beginning of this month.

They attended with Spelling, who showed off her slim figure in a sparkly black and red skirt and crop top set.
She and McDermott — who revealed in November he hasn’t seen their kids in five months — went their separate ways this year after years of breakup rumors.
In June, the former “Chopped Canada” host announced via an Instagram post that they split after 17 years of marriage, but quickly deleted the message.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own,” he penned at the time.
“We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time.”
In November, he revealed his post followed the “drunk and angry” fight that officially ended their union.
“It was the night that I raged against her and the children and I saw the light, the final flicker of the flame go out in her eyes,” he recalled to DailyMail.com.
“I posted that because I was at the end of my rope. I didn’t know what to do. I had burned everything down yet again.”
He also revealed he tried to take his own life that night.
McDermott then spent some time, including Thanksgiving, in a sober living facility.
It appears both stars have dipped their feet back into the dating world, as Spelling was spotted making out with Neuron Syndicate, Inc. CEO Ryan Cramer at the end of October.
Meanwhile, McDermott was seen on a handful of occasions with Lily Calo that same month.
